Shipping costs

Delivery costs are calculated for each order depending on the number of products, their total price and the location to which they need to be delivered. Total shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.

The shipping cost is divided into two levels:

  • order value up to EUR 70.00 – delivery on delivery
  • order value of 70.00 euros and more – free delivery

The products are delivered in packages containing up to 6 bottles with a volume of 0.75 l. Larger bottles are delivered in separate packages. The cost of delivery per package is 5.00 euros for locations on the mainland or 7.00 euros for locations on the islands. The indicated prices include the cost of VAT. The total cost of delivery depends on the number of products ordered, that is, on the final number of packages in which the products are delivered.

The stated delivery costs and benefits related to them are only valid for delivery within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

 

Product delivery

The ordered products are delivered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia using the services of the GLS delivery service.

The shipment will be delivered within 3-15 working days from the visible payment on the Seller’s account. If it is impossible to deliver the selected product due to immediate or permanent unavailability, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer immediately, and the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund or agree to a later delivery date. All ordered products will be delivered in one shipment. If this will not be possible due to the state of stock, the Seller reserves the right to deliver in multiple shipments and assumes the cost of delivery of subsequent shipments.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the product to the delivery service. In the case of the first unsuccessful delivery of the shipment, the delivery service will leave a notification about the shipment’s due date along with all the necessary contact information for arranging a second delivery date.

If the shipment sent to the Buyer is returned to the Seller because the delivery service failed to make the delivery, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail and will be offered the following options:

  • that the ordered shipment be re-delivered to the address of the Buyer, i.e. the recipient, at the request of the Buyer via e-mail, with the charging of additional delivery costs;

When the Seller delivers the shipment to the Buyer through the delivery service, the Buyer is obliged to accept it by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the shipment has been duly delivered.

In the event that the Buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to withhold from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount equal to the delivery costs and other manipulative costs.

Delivery deadlines do not include:

  • day of receipt of the order/request;
  • time of delay due to incorrect and incomplete address of the Customer;

 

  • time of delay due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not responsible;
  • weekends, non-working days and holidays.
